BUILD STRONG, FIT
& CONFIDENT KIDS.
Not just the naturally active kids — every kid. TNT is where kids 10–18 build real strength, real confidence, and the kind of grit that carries them everywhere else in life.
✦ Build strength, confidence, and coordination
What We Do
We Train "The Other 80%"
Most gyms chase the elite stars. We focus on the kids who want to get stronger, feel better in their own skin, and build the grit that carries over into grades, friendships, and life.

The Anti-Screen Hour
The only 60 minutes of their day they'll forget about their phone. A structured, fun outlet that replaces screen time with real capability.

Build the Engine
Practice builds skills, but strength training builds the engine. Without a strong foundation, kids burn out or get hurt. We build that foundation safely.

The Confidence Gap
Physical strength closes the gap in social confidence. Watch your kid carry themselves differently — in the gym, the classroom, and everywhere else.

Mentorship & Belonging
Not a drill sergeant. Not a babysitter. A cool older mentor who makes hard things feel doable and celebrates every small win.
We Understand
You're Not a "Stage Parent."
You're an Empowerer.
You're not chasing a D1 scholarship. You just want your kid to walk into a room — a gym, a classroom, a party — with their head held high. And maybe, just maybe, initiate physical activity without being nagged.
They're spending way too much time on screens
The only 60 minutes of their day they'll forget about their phone. And the one hour you'll stop worrying about screen time.
They're losing confidence, not gaining it
They're starting to notice they aren't as fast as the "cool" kids in PE. Or getting pushed around on the field. TNT is where that starts to change.
School PE is just a check-box
School gym is limited and generic. Your kid deserves a personalized developmental plan, not a warm-up jog and some dodgeball.
You worry it'll be too "hardcore"
Not a drill sergeant. Not a babysitter. A coach who makes hard things feel doable — and celebrates every small win.
"If it were up to him, he would be there every day."
— Rachel, TNT Youth Fitness Parent
We meet them where they are. That's the whole point.

Hear From Parents
What Parents Say
Real stories from Fox Cities families whose kids found confidence, resilience, and a reason to put down the phone.
"My 14-year-old son absolutely enjoys going to the gym — something I honestly never thought I'd say."
"The only place I could find a safe, supportive class for my pre-teen. His confidence has completely changed."
"This isn't just gym time — it's an investment in who they're becoming."

The TNT Youth 90-Day Journey
The B.R.A.V.E. Method
Bravery isn't loud. It's built.
BELONG
Theme: Safety & Comfort
This is where bravery begins. For many kids, just walking into the gym is brave.
- We learn their name immediately
- We celebrate effort, not just results
- We protect the room culture — overcorrect kindness
- We build trust fast so they feel safe before anything else
Bravery Level 1
Showing up.
"I'm safe here. I'm not getting judged. I actually like this."
"When do I get to go back?"

REPEAT → ACHIEVE
Theme: Skill & Momentum
Now they're comfortable. They know the routine, the coach, the expectations. Repetition builds competence. Reps create skill. Skill creates confidence.
- They start moving better and adding light load
- They help new kids and track their own progress
- The 'clumsy growth spurt' phase starts clicking
- Hard things are starting to feel doable
Bravery Level 2
Trying hard in front of others.
"I know what I'm doing." They're no longer surviving — they're participating.

VALUE → EMPOWER
Theme: Strength & Identity
Something shifts. They don't just attend — they own it. Strength numbers increase. Work ethic stands out. Leadership appears. Confidence shows at school. Parents see the difference.
- Fitness becomes part of their identity, not a chore
- They value hard work and understand effort
- Resilience built — they know they can do hard things
- Better sleep, better focus, better grades
Bravery Level 3
Leading.
"This is who I am."
And yes… they still ask: "When do I get to go back?"

Our program isn't about creating stars.
It's about creating brave kids.
Brave enough to show up. Try. Fail. Improve. Keep going.
That's the "other 80%."
Parents Ask
Common Questions
Perfect. We actually specialize in the 'other 80%.' Most gyms chase the elite stars; we focus on the kids who want to get stronger and feel better in their own skin. We meet them exactly where they are. No experience necessary.
Think of this as an investment in their health and self-esteem. We aren't just 'watching' your kids — we provide professional coaching that prevents injuries and builds confidence that carries over into grades and social life. Most families invest $95-295/month depending on frequency and goals.
Absolutely. All of our coaches have degrees in Exercise Science and certifications that qualify them to work in University or Professional Team settings. We understand growth plates, maturation, and age-appropriate training. We prioritize technique over weight — always.
Practice builds skills, but strength training builds the 'engine.' Without a strong foundation, kids burn out or get hurt. We offer 17+ sessions per week with flexible scheduling designed specifically for busy Fox Cities families.
That's actually our specialty. Sessions are capped at 15 kids so we can coach each one individually. The barrier to entry is low, but the ceiling for growth is high. Most kids look forward to coming within the first two weeks. We send parents a text after Day 1.
School PE is a 'check-box.' Big facilities train 'the stars.' We train the kid to believe they can be a star. Every session is coached by degreed professionals who care about your kid's long-term development — not just today's sweat.

Youth sessions run out of the same Menasha gym as our adult program, so plenty of parents train during their child's session — usually through small group personal training or the wider adult training program.
Youth pricing starts at $41.25 a week and sits alongside every adult tier on the pricing page. Families drive in from across the valley — see personal training in the Fox Cities for where our members come from, or talk to the youth coach directly.
