Personal Training for Little Chute

TNT Fitness coach talking a group of adult members through the plan before a session

TNT Fitness coaches people from Little Chute at its facility in Menasha, Wisconsin — 880 Oneida St Suite D. One gym, one coaching staff. This page is written for the most common version of the person who contacts us from that side of the valley: someone who used to train, stopped, and is not sure how to begin again without hurting themselves or wasting another year.

Restarting is the normal case here, not the exception. The problem is rarely willpower. It is that a body that has not lifted in five or ten years needs a different first month than the one the internet hands out, and a membership gym has no mechanism to give you one.

How a restart actually works here

Your first visit is a conversation and a movement screen: how your hips and shoulders move, what hurts, what you used to be able to do and what you want back. Nothing is prescribed before that. From there a coach writes your program and puts you in the format that fits, then adjusts it as your body and your calendar change.

Training runs on the TNT Training 5 system — strength, conditioning, body composition, movement and mobility — in 45-60 minute sessions. The progression is deliberate: we build you up rather than beating you up, because a session that leaves you unable to walk downstairs for three days is a session that ends the restart.

Where You'll Train

Most people returning after a long break settle into small group personal training, because it gives you your own program with a coach checking every main lift while still costing less than private coaching. If you are over fifty, strength training for adults over 50 describes the same coaching with the pacing that group tends to need. The wider adult training program covers all three formats, and youth fitness training for ages 10-18 runs from the same floor if there is a kid in the house who should be moving better too.

What it costs and what happens next

Prices are public and billed weekly: $41 for large group, $74 for small group personal training and $133 for executive coaching. The pricing page lists every tier alongside the weekly schedule. Members who started exactly where you are tell their own stories on the results page, and the first consultation is free — you can talk to a coach before committing to anything.

Little Chute questions

I haven't trained in years. Where do I actually start?
With a conversation and a movement screen. A coach looks at how you move now, what hurts and what you want back, then writes a program for that — not for the person you were twenty years ago.
Is the training private or small-group?
Both are available. Large group training is $41 a week, small group personal training is $74 a week with your own program and a coach on every main lift, and private executive coaching is $133 a week.
Does TNT serve people from Little Chute?
Yes. Little Chute is one of the communities in our published service area. All training happens at our single facility, 880 Oneida St Suite D in Menasha, Wisconsin.
Will I be the least fit person in the room?
Almost nobody arrives in shape. Every member follows their own program scaled to what they can do today, so there is nothing to keep up with.
What if I miss a week?
You catch the next session. With 45+ coached sessions a week — mornings from 5:00am, afternoons from 4:15pm, Saturdays from 5:30am — a missed day is a reschedule, not a setback.
