Matt has grown up around fitness. Upon graduating from UW-La Crosse with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science w/Emphasis in Fitness. Matt achieved his NSCA CSCS, and interned at Landow Performance in Centennial, Colorado.
Matt has been a staple at TNT Fitness and brings energy, happiness, and compassion each day! Through Matt’s experiences, he’s learned how to interact with all types of people and is loved by many!
Matt wants to help you get and stay motivated so that you can achieve goals that you never thought possible.

With over 13 years of experience right here in the Fox Cities Brent has worked with it all. Whether weight loss, muscle building, or performance-based goals, Brent uses his years of knowledge and experience to help people achieve their goals.
Graduated from Lakeland College (Now University) in 2009 with his B.A. in Fitness Studies.
Brent’s primary goal is to help the TNT Fitness Team and the Fox Cities be better every day.
