With over 15 years of experience in Appleton, Menasha, Neenah, and Wisconsin’s Fox Cities area, Brent has seen it all. From weight loss to muscle building to performance goals, he draws on his deep expertise to help clients succeed.
He graduated from Lakeland College (now Lakeland University) in 2009 with a B.A. in Fitness Studies.
Brent’s mission? To make the TNT Fitness Team and the Fox Cities better, one day at a time.

Sam found the weight room at a young age and used it to improve his athletic performance and build his confidence.
He lives and loves fitness and it's easy to see that puts in the time and effort to lead from the front. Sam is a student and practices what he preaches for training and nutrition.
Sam will give you a little push when you need it most, but will also be there to slow things down when that is necessary too.
