Brent Miller

The proclaimed 'Fitness Grandpa'


Sleep by 7 might be his thing, but don’t let that fool you—Brent brings the energy every single day!


With over 15 years of experience in Appleton, Menasha, Neenah, and Wisconsin’s Fox Cities area, Brent has seen it all. From weight loss to muscle building to performance goals, he draws on his deep expertise to help clients succeed.


He graduated from Lakeland College (now Lakeland University) in 2009 with a B.A. in Fitness Studies.


Brent’s mission? To make the TNT Fitness Team and the Fox Cities better, one day at a time.

Sam Oswald

NSCA CPT

Fitness is his passion!

Sam found the weight room at a young age and used it to improve his athletic performance and build his confidence.

He lives and loves fitness and it's easy to see that puts in the time and effort to lead from the front. Sam is a student and practices what he preaches for training and nutrition.

Sam will give you a little push when you need it most, but will also be there to slow things down when that is necessary too.

As of now, Luke has maintained an 850-day streak of running at least one mile—and that’s how it all began.

Like many of us, Luke once felt stuck, unsure of what came next. Then he stepped into the weight room, and everything clicked—this was his calling.

Now, he’s dedicated to helping people discover the confidence and energy that strength training brings.

Luke gets it—he’s empathetic to your struggles, passionate about your wins, and ready to give you that nudge when you need it most.
