In addition, we offer 1-1 private sessions for those who desire one-on-one training. Your child can reach new heights in their sport. With help from our experienced coaches and trainers, your athletes will become the best version of themselves, on and off the field. Let’s motivate our athletes together and show them that anything is possible with enough drive and determination!
As an athlete, TNT does a great job of balancing strength, speed, and preperation for when I’m playing. I feel like I’m able to maintain strength while also not feeling super stressed or burnt out from training. The workouts give me a feeling of accomplishment and allow me to compete at my highest level.

I started at TNT as an athlete recovering from a recurring injury. Brent and the entire TNT team helped me keep my strength up despite my non-weight-bearing restrictions, and this only made for a quicker and smoother return to competition! TNT has since become my go-to when I am home from college and is one of my favorite parts about my visits home. The community is awesome, the trainers are very knowledgable, and the workouts are always challenging AND fun! I wish I could bring TNT with me everywhere I go!

I stated going to TNT in October 2020 and my strength has improved so much. I was nervous I wouldn’t be as strong as the other people around me but I realized that doesn’t matter. TNT helped me realize that I shouldn’t be comparing myself to how much others can lift or do and just focus on how much I can do. TNT is definitely something I will keep doing and something I’m glad I started doing
